Buy Housing Together. Not Alone.
Pooled helps small groups of households pool capital and buy housing together as a cooperative. We're building the legal and financial rails that make this practical for ordinary buyers. Pre-launch — join the waitlist below.
What we're building.
Pooled provides legal templates, onboarding, and operating rails so ordinary buyers can use the same cooperative housing structure that has historically been available mostly to large NYC-style co-ops.
LEGAL RAILS
Standardized cooperative bylaws, subscription agreements, and proprietary leases — drafted by counsel, reusable across member groups. Each member co-op forms as a §216 cooperative housing corporation; each household becomes a tenant-shareholder.
- Cooperative formation templates
- Tenant-shareholder agreements
- Bylaws and governance documents
- Share-transfer protocols
FINANCE
Pool down payments across households. Coordinate the blanket mortgage. Track each tenant-shareholder's capital contribution and ongoing carrying charges.
- Capital pooling and tracking
- Blanket mortgage coordination
- Carrying charge accounting
GOVERNANCE
Operating rails for your cooperative once you've closed: member voting, board governance, document storage, and ongoing financial reporting.
- Member voting
- Document and bylaws library
- Financial reporting

"Pooled exists because cooperative housing should be available to households that aren't part of a fifty-unit NYC co-op. The structure works. The on-ramps don't. We're building them."
